Refer-A-Friend Terms & Conditions
The Celayix user referral program (“Program”) rewards existing Celayix customers (“Referring Customer”) with gift cards for referring friends, family, and colleagues (“Referred Customer”) to Celayix. Both the Referring Customer and the Referred Customer agree by participating in the Program that these terms and conditions apply and are in addition to any other agreement(s) between the Referring Customer / Referred Customer and Celayix, including Celayix’s Privacy Policy and Terms of Service.
1. How to earn gift cards
Referring Customers may be eligible to earn a gift card if the following conditions are met:
i) the Referred Customer creates a valid Celayix account that complies with Celayix’s Terms of Use;
ii) the Referred Customer must then become a paying customer of Celayix before being eligible for the gift card,
iii) the Referred Customer is not an existing or previous Celayix customer or an associated / related entity of an existing Celayix customer;
iv) the referral link provided by the Referring Customer must be used by the Referred Customer at the point of Celayix free trial sign up;
v) the Referring Customer must be an existing paying customer of Celayix; and
vi) the Referring or Referred customer cannot be associated with the Celayix Partner Referrals Program.
2. Claiming gift cards
Gift cards provided pursuant to the Program are provided by external reward partners. Both reward partners and rewards are subject to change. Once the criteria set out in section 1 of these terms and conditions are met, both the Referring Customer and the Referred Customer will be sent emails containing gift cards and instructions on how to redeem them. Gift cards will be distributed electronically in the following regions in local currency with value of:
US: USD$100
For the avoidance of doubt, for Celayix customers inside the above jurisdictions, gift cards are not transferable and are not redeemable for cash or any other credit.
3. Sharing referral links
Referral links should only be used for personal and non-commercial purposes, and only shared with personal connections that will appreciate receiving these invitations. Referral links should not be published or distributed where there is no reasonable basis for believing that all or most of the recipients are personal friends, family, or colleagues (such as coupon websites, Reddit, or Wikipedia). Up to 10 customers can be referred by one referrer.
4. Referred customers
Referred Customers that have signed up to Celayix using a valid referral link will also receive a gift card for the amount that the Referring Customer receives when they become a paying customer of Celayix as per these terms and conditions.
5. Eligibility of referred customers
Celayix reserves the right to validate the eligibility of any Referred Customer with respect to whether they are a new customer of Celayix or as otherwise deemed necessary, and may determine any Referred Customer to be ineligible in its sole discretion.
6. Multiple referrals
A Referred Customer may only use one referral link. If a Referred Customer receives referral links from multiple Referring Customers, only the Referring Customer whose referral link was used at the point of the Referred Customer’s sign-up to Celayix will receive a gift card.
7. Termination and change
Celayix may suspend or terminate the Program or an existing Celayix customer’s ability to participate in the Program at any time for any reason. Celayix reserves the right to suspend accounts if it notices any activity that it believes is abusive or fraudulent. Celayix reserves the right to review and investigate all referral activities and to suspend accounts or modify referrals as deemed fair and appropriate. No correspondence will be entered into regarding the Referring Customer’s or the Referred Customer’s eligibility for a gift card.
8. Updates to the terms
Celayix reserves the right to update these terms and conditions at any time without prior notice. If Celayix modifies these terms, it will post the modifications on the Celayix.com website, which are effective upon posting. Continued participation in the Program after any modification shall constitute consent to such modification.
